Cokver High-Temperature Bidirectional Stainless Steel Steam and Hot Water Solenoid Valve

Cokver brass and stainless steel steam solenoid valves are widely used in the automatic control of high-temperature gases or liquids. This valve is precision-cast from high-quality stainless steel materials, with internal components subjected to high-temperature processing and grinding to ensure no deformation at elevated temperatures. The sealing components are made of imported high-temperature and wear-resistant sealing materials, with a temperature resistance of approximately 700°C.

Material: stainless steel or brass

Cokver High-Performance Bidirectional Stainless Steel Steam Solenoid Valve:

Heat Resistance: The electromagnetic coils and seals are made of special heat-resistant electrical materials and sealing materials, and various insulation measures are adopted.

Wear Resistance: The material selection is reasonable, and it cleverly utilizes the lubricating effect of the fluid to reduce wear between the valve cup and the guide sleeve.

Corrosion resistance: The main components, such as the valve core and valve body, are made of stainless steel, providing good corrosion resistance and a long service life.

Condensate in steam pipelines is a significant factor affecting the operation of steam solenoid valves, whereas this valve is not affected by condensate.

The valve core adopts a special hard-sealing structure, which can automatically compensate for wear gaps. The sealing ring between the piston and sleeve is equipped with an internal elastic rack, which can automatically adjust the clearance according to changes in medium temperature, making it suitable for gaseous or liquid media. It is widely used in high-temperature systems, steam systems, drying equipment, heating systems, heat transfer oil pipelines, industrial oil supply systems, petrochemical equipment, and filtration systems.

Working Principle of High-Temperature Steam Solenoid Valve:

Normally closed: When the solenoid coil is energized, the solenoid valve core closes, the pressure relief hole opens, and under the action of medium pressure, the main piston moves, causing the main orifice to open. When the coil loses power, the main valve orifice closes, and the fluid is cut off.

Normally open type: When the solenoid coil is energized, the solenoid valve core closes, the pressure relief hole is blocked, and under the action of the medium pressure, the main piston moves, causing the main valve opening to close. When the coil loses power, the main valve opening opens, allowing the medium to flow.
