and various acids; Optional EPDM or VITON valve seats are available.

A bidirectional diaphragm solenoid valve refers to a valve with two fluid inlet and outlet channels. A direct-acting solenoid valve can block fluid flow in either direction, but its design still allows full flow in one direction only. A semi-direct-acting solenoid valve requires fluid flow assistance to open. These bi-directional solenoid valves can be used at an operating pressure of 0 psi.
