Direct-acting stainless steel diaphragm solenoid valve
The direct-acting diaphragm solenoid valve uses electromagnetic suction to lift the diaphragm, enabling opening and closing under low-pressure or no-pressure conditions. Therefore, electromagnetic regulation is required under no-pressure or low-pressure conditions; Diaphragm solenoid valves are widely used in pipelines, water treatment, natural gas, power generation, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, petroleum, papermaking, mining, food, municipal management, mechanical equipment support, electronics, and urban construction.
This valve adopts a diaphragm structure, requiring low media cleanliness and having a flow coefficient 10% higher than that of ordinary valves. With its unique sealing structure and imported synthetic rubber seals, this valve operates smoothly without leakage, features low noise, and avoids water hammer effects on the medium. It also eliminates liquid bucket noise and allows for mixed use of gases. To further expand the application scope of solenoid valves, the imported synthetic rubber seals have a service life more than five times that of similar products, having withstood long-term market testing for 20 years.
